About Sandra
Sandra was born in Salt Lake City, and her background is high end real-estate development and interior design. Her design work was featured in “Utah Style & Design” with a spread of 8 breathtaking pages, that featured a 6 million dollar formal Italian Villa. She published, and was the personal promoter of the successful book: “How to Save Thousands of Dollars on Your Wedding,” by Betty Petersen. She is a Certified Matchmaker from the Matchmaking Institute, image consultant, and President of “The Social Embrace”.
A Personal Note from Sandra
I was married for 25 years and had a beautiful family. After my divorce, I found myself suddenly single, and therefore I know first hand that this matchmaking circle is exactly what you need to support yourself and make your life even more exciting and joyous! Since discovering this amazing business and opening it in Los Angeles, I am here to give you a gift that I am passionate about. I want to create a friendly group full of love, and to make life an exciting journey. I am crazy excited to bring us together as a social family of “like minds,” aiming for the same common goals of attracting what you want in your life. When you get up and put yourself out into the social world with others to support you, a cosmic shift happens…and miracles unfold!
About Bridget
Bridget is a recent graduate from Pepperdine University with degrees in Fine Art and Business. She has lived in Paris, Switzerland, Denver, and LA where she was inspired by people’s unique journeys and glowing spirits. She is a fitness and health consultant, as well as a certified matchmaker. She now resides in LA. Bridget is overjoyed to be the Vice President of “The Social Embrace” where she can create an amazing atmosphere where dating, friendships, and true love will flourish. She is thrilled to use her creativity and dating experience to bring you exciting events, from celebrities speakers to fine wine tasting.

This social community of loving women together is my forte. I’ve been a creator and leader since I was young, from performing groups to volunteer teams. I can’t wait to bring my youthful energy and mature mindset to this company. I want to remind all of the women of their true purpose and spirit. Everyone deserves happiness and confidence, and I am ready to support women to live their full potential.

The Social Embrace’s mission is to create an abundant environment for single women to be all that they are…and more! Our community empowers women, by simply increasing their dating odds. It provides a positive and cooperative environment that enriches women’s lives through education on dating trends, matchmaking for each other, and social activities. Our members will develop close friendships with other women, meet “girlfriend approved” men, and learn how to improve the quality of their single life on the journey to their “happily ever after”!
Research has shown that women who marry share two critical “life factors” which significantly helped their relationship success:
-having a network of at least seven single female friends who are willing to help them meet men.
-making an effort to engage in social activities at least twice a week.

The Matchmaking Circle: Empowering women by increasing their dating odds
The Matchmaking Circle is an exclusive & nationwide social club for women focusing on friendship, fun & the joys of being single while searching for a special man.
It provides a positive and cooperative environment that enriches women’s lives through education on dating trends and matchmaking for each other and social activities. Female members develop close friendships with other women, meet "girlfriend-approved" men, and learn about how to improve the quality of their single life on the road to their happily ever after.
The concept for the Matchmaking Circle grew out of a desire by two Certified Matchmakers from the Matchmaking Institute, Susie Hardesty and Elizabeth Cobey-Piper from Ohio, to help successful, professional women ages 35 and over who have difficulty making successful matches on their own.
After meeting numerous potential clients who were bright, attractive and successful but found it challenging to meet eligible men, Susie and Elizabeth were at their wit’s end on how to help these women who had everything going for them but a satisfying personal life. While reading the insightful book Why Men Marry Some Women and Not Others by John T. Malloy, Susie and Elizabeth came across this revealing fact: 90 percent of women who marry say that they have at least 7 single female friends who are willing to help them meet men. Through countless brainstorming sessions, Susie and Elizabeth came up with the idea of the Matchmaking Circle. "When people are proactive and intentional," Elizabeth says, "amazing thing can happen."
The Matchmaking Circle provides a much-needed outlet for women to share their experiences and hopes for the future.
